Unleash the swimmer in you

We understand that not everyone wants to be an elite athlete. We believe we can support all swimmers to achieve their personal best whether it be for fun and fitness or striving to swim at an elite level. As a result, we also run a Fitness Squad aimed at providing swimmers of all abilities and fitness levels, who may not necessarily wish to join in Squad, with an opportunity to be physically active in a fun and social environment.

Squad Structure

We offer 6 levels of squads starting from junior squads to improve swimming techniques, to competition squads.

Holiday Training

Our holiday programs are conducted during the school holiday periods. Lessons run Monday to Thursday afternoons (3:00pm, 3:30pm and 4:15pm) with students participating in a daily 30-60 minute class.

AIC Swimming

The purpose of the competitions arranged by the AIC (Associated Independent Colleges) is to promote and provide a range of sporting and associated activities.

Swimming lessons have many benefits.
Not only do they equip you with the skills you need to be safe and enjoy being in and near the water, but they have athletic and developmental benefits as well.
